What information we collect
When you inquire about or book a session with Photokindred, or sign up through our website, we collect your name and email address. This information is stored and managed securely through Mailchimp, our email marketing platform.
Why we email you
We may send you emails from time to time that include:
Promotions, discounts, and special offers
Seasonal mini-session announcements
Portfolio highlights and studio newsletters
Booking reminders and post-session follow-ups
We will never sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How to opt out
You have the right to stop receiving marketing emails from Photokindred at any time. There are two easy ways to unsubscribe:
- Unsubscribe link — Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you'll be removed from our list promptly.
- Email us directly — Send a request to [your email address] with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line and we'll remove you manually within 10 business days.
What happens after you opt out
Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive promotional or newsletter emails from Photokindred. Please note that if you have an active or upcoming booking, you may still receive transactional messages related to your session (such as scheduling confirmations or gallery delivery notices), as these are necessary to fulfill your service.
