This place and this day were so perfect for Gabby and Eddy.

We walked and walked. The weather was a little chilly, but it worked out. Pro tip, have someone who can hold your coats just off camera so that you can drop them, take a few photos and throw them back on before the chill hits the bone. In this case it was my wife Stephanie. Beyond a little chill, I think the day went perfectly. When we first started there wasn't too many people on the streets, but that quickly changed since Jim Thorpe is a Fall hotspot in PA. We stayed off the beaten path and made images between the crowds when necessary.

These two had no problem keeping each other warm. If you’ve ever been in front of my camera you know my number one rule is connection. Yeah, in an emotional sense, but in a physical sense too. Hands on each other at all times. Unless I say otherwise, you gotta be holding hands, bumping hips, kissing, hugging, dancing, or something. OK, maybe the occasional American Gothic pose too.

Wanna get some images like this!?

I would love to hear your ideas. Engagement sessions might not seem like a necessity at first, but when you realize that it gives you a chance to get in front of the camera for a dry run WAY before the wedding it starts to make sense. Reach out if you would like to set up a session
