This is my favorite. Hands down.


Last year was my first year photographing the Gigi's Playhouse Gala and it was easily one of the most fun and touching events of 2025. The community that Gigi's has built is filled with some of the best folks in Lancaster County. The open emotions, outpouring of love, and steadfast volunteers really make this event an amazing example of what it means to be a good human.

The long and short of it is this: Gigi's believes that every person with Down syndrome has something to share with their community, that every participant should be empowered to reach their goals and be their absolute best. They support this belief through their educational and therapeutic programs. These programs are offered free to the participants. That's what really makes this event so important. The money raised at the Gala helps to fund all of their amazing programs.
