Please don't stop the music!

Weddings can have technical difficulties; it happens. At my wedding, the DJ lost power, and the music stopped right before our first dance. My wife's MOH decided to fill the dead air with an acapella rendition of "Ice Ice Baby." That singular moment is a diamond-hard memory in my mind.

At Jen and Joe's wedding, they faced a similar issue during the mother-and-son dance. The music kept stopping at the same place, right at the beginning of "I'll Stand By You" by The Pretenders. The bride and groom's friends weren't having it. They Googled the lyrics and belted out the song. It was perfectly memorable.
